Who decides

South Africa’s Department of Home Affairs runs the asylum process. An independent assistance service cannot issue a visa, refugee document or official appointment and cannot guarantee an outcome.

What our paid work covers

Our proposed paid services cover a documented review of your history, organising the record, preparing a case pack and coordinating a professional referral where needed. Government and UNHCR services are separate from these fees.

The facts you provide must be accurate. We do not help create false claims, evade lawful border controls or impersonate an official agency.
